Graduated from the Department of Drama and Literature at the Shanghai Theatre Academy and Visual language of Performance at Wimbledon College of Art, University of Arts London, Dora Yuemin Cheng now writes in Chinese, English and German and works as theater artist in Berlin and her home town, Nanjing. Her poetic and peculiar multilingual plays focus on the development of the female and queer self-awareness and the identification of the flowing identities, as well as the visible cracks between different definitions of realities in philosophical means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
