The on-boarding training for new employees takes places in the conference room of a stated-owned enterprise of mobile internet service.
Wang Zi, the new CTO of the company, is preparing his speech for the new-comers this very morning. He takes his place in the podium, starts his lap-top, and then suddenly, without any expectations, has his voice lost. Wang Zi is torn apart by the isolation between the words coming out of his mouth and the meaning of them. The experience of past few years glitches in front of his eyes as both panic and exhaustion drains his mind.
